15 years of coaching experience in private and group settings, my passion for athletics and fitness led me to be a touring professional golfer for 3 years, but I realized my passion was in helping others achieve their goals. 5 Years ago I began working as a trainer at CrossFit LoDo, and since then membership has skyrocketed to 350+, we have opened a second location, and have been recognized as a Top 10 CrossFit Gym in the United States (Men's Fitness Magazine 2013). I lead 2 30+ hours of curriculum classes on how to be a successful coach each year, and our roots in the Denver fitness community run wide and deep. FitNow is my newest venture, and one that I hope brings this kind of empowerment, knowledge, and accessibility to YOUR doorstep.

Nick Gill

Having had multiple hip surgeries, I was thrust into the world of re-habilitation, pre-habilitation, and post-habilitation. I took up personally training in order to better understand the body and how we as athletes, average Joe’s, desk jockeys, and weekend warriors move as a whole. In doing so, I discovered that my passion was in helping people move properly and without pain. I followed this passion to the next level in becoming a Myofascial Stretch Therapist (CFST) by the Stretch To Win Institute. Fascial Stretching is a very unique way of releasing connective tissue from points of origin and insertion in order to create mobility within the joint-capsule. This gives not only increased flexibility, but also mobility, along with many various benefits. This modality of body work has lead me to helping those with Multiple Sclerosis, Scoliosis, Herniated disc issues, Gastrointestinal issues, Parkinson’s Disease, Arthritis, General joint pain/immobility, general tight/sore muscles, stress, anxiety, and overall performance issues. I have worked with hundreds of high level athletes as well as the weekend warriors trying to get over chronic pains. My goal is to eliminate your pain and maximize your everyday functionality. I have since added certifications ranging from the Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (RFST) through Genius of Flexibility to Trigger Point Therapy.
